MINOR REASERCH PROJECT WORKSHOP
On April 17, 2023, a workshop titled "Research Project/Action Research/Case Study" was held. It was done as a part of a "Minor project"'s fourth semester practical work. At 9:30 am, the meeting got underway. Dr. G.R. Santhosh Kumar, a professor at Baselios Marthoma Mathews II Training College in Kottarakkara, served as the resource person. The resource person, who was the brains behind the creation of the current curriculum, was found to be the best individual to introduce the trainees to the various facets of the research project in the B.Ed. In the morning session, we talked about the theoretical aspects of creating a research project in general and the standards for choosing themes for the same in particular. The Principal gave specific directions regarding the choice of the research project topic during the afternoon session. Each trainee was required to suggest at least four subjects for the following workday. In the end, the workshop inspired me to embark on a real research project by picking a worthwhile and pertinent subject. All of the trainees that attended the resource person's session shared the same level of enthusiasm and curiosity, in my opinion.
