The official inaguration of SPARK : Physical Science Association, was happend today noon at the seminar hall of H.H.M.M. II Training College, Adoor. It was inagurated by A.Varadarajan Sir who has 34 years of service in the Physics Department of S H College, Thevara. He inagurated the association via online. Currently, retired and working as a guest faculty in some colleges. The entire program was fabulous. The program started with the prayer. Priya emceed the program in a very interesting and engaging way. They presented a small video protruding the importance of science in everyday life. They decorated the hall gracefully with led lights inserted in a cup, chart papers, ballons and some crafts. Our principal Nimmy Ma'am relesaed the logo and name of the association. As a part of the B.ed curriculum, our college visited Veluthampi Dalawa Archaeological Museum on 8th April 2022. Kerala, with the abundant historical landmarks and monuments grabs the attention of domestic as well as foreign tourists. Colonialism and foreign invasion has left a lot of landmarks in the lap of this small state. Kerala is indeed a paradise with lush greenaries interspersed with rich and unique landmarks. Today our college organized an Art and Aesthetic Education Workshop. As the part of the B.ed curriculum, we were instructed to do so. As usual, the day started with the assembly conducted by Commerce Department. Our Prinicipal Nimmi Ma'am gave an introductory class about the objectives, relevance and purpose of the art workshop. Many of the students have different artistic talents in the college. So, the students itself were assigned to do the demonstration of different items. The demo was started by Archana presenting a dream catcher. It was a very nice and beautiful class. As it is a long process to do with thread, it was bit time consuming. Secondly, Reshma presented an origami work. If we have good concentration, we can simply do it. She presented amusingly. Then, Aiswarya and Gouri did a demo of some items using waste materials.
