WORKSHOP : MICRO TEACHING - DAY 2

Today was the second day of the online educational workshop. The class started with the morning assembly conducted by Maths department. The first session was taken by Dr. Sabuji Sir on the topic "Skill of using Blackboard". As the title says, he used blackboard for the transaction of class. It was both interesting and an effective class. The second session was handled by Dr. Praveena Ma'am on the topic "Skill of Demonstration and Skill of Reinforcement". She presented PPT slides while taking class. It was an interactive and eloquent session. Students responded to her questions effectively. The third session was taken by Dr. Divya Ma'am. She dealt with the topic "Skill of Probing Questions and Skill of Fluency in Questioning". Due to some technical tissues, she has already sent the PPT slides in our whatsapp group before the class itself. It was also a delightful class. The fourth session was taken by Dr. Chitra Ma'am on the topic " Skill of Achieving Closure". She also used PPT slides. The last and final session was handled by our Principal Nimmy Ma'am on the topic " Skill of using ICT". Due to time limit, she didn't covered the entire portion. Even though, she briefed the content within the time limit. She presented PPT slides. Before winding up the class, She made us to do a psychological game. It's about drawing a circle and putting dots inside it within 20 seconds. All of them need to count the number of dots by themselves. At first level, everyone achieved a number by putting dots inside the circle. In the second round, everyone achieved greater than their previous result. It was an intersting game. Finally, She asked us to attend an online google form quiz on the basis of Micro Teaching within 5 mints. Everyone did it with enthusiastically. Altogether, the workshop was productive.
