As a part of the B.ed curriculum, our college visited Veluthampi Dalawa Archaeological Museum on 8th April 2022. Kerala, with the abundant historical landmarks and monuments grabs the attention of domestic as well as foreign tourists. Colonialism and foreign invasion has left a lot of landmarks in the lap of this small state. Kerala is indeed a paradise with lush greenaries interspersed with rich and unique landmarks. One such place is Mannady. It is a historical museum that preserves th memories and artifacts related to Dalawa. Velayudhan Thampi, popularly known as Velu Thampi was born on 6 th may 1765 in an aristocratic nair family as the son of Sri.Kunjumayitti Pillai and his wife Valliyammai Pillai in the village of Thalakkulam in Kalkulam Taluk situated around 10 miles from the town of Nagarcoil in the present day Indian state of Tamil Nadu. He stood distinct among others as a straight forward person and he strongly protested against any anti-social activities. Union and Art's Club Inauguration of H.H.M.M.II Training College was held on 7th April 2022. Arts Club Inauguration was done in the morning session. The hall and the stage was decorated on the last day itself. Various cultural activities were performed by students. The programs performed were skit, group dance, solo dance, solo song, group song, ramp walk, retro dance etc.. Each and everyone excelled in their performances. The official Inauguration of Union: DHWANI 2K22 was held on afternoon session at 3.30 PM. As usual, the program was started with prayer by college choir. Principal Nimmy Ma'am welcomed each and everyone. Fr. Jibin Sabu delivered the presidential address. Later, the program was officially inaugurated by Pathanamthitta District Collector Dr. Divya S Iyer. She delivered an inaugural address. As a part of the curriculum, EDU-02 conducted a leadership training programme on 5th April 2022. The whole class was divided into 5 groups and each group was assigned with the topics related to emotional intelligence by Daniel Goleman. Me and my group was the first to present. Aleena gave an introduction about the topic Emotional Intelligence and I introduced our specific topic Self Awareness. Along with this, we conducted five activities such as linguistic, logical, psychomotor, physical intelligence to foster self awareness. Everybody actively participated in the session. The second group did their activities based on the concept Self Regulation. They did the activities like situational role plays, card games, relaxation techniques and clapping techniques. The third group conducted programs based on the concept of motivation. They conducted activities like activity cards, laughing exercise, activity based on how the community is involved in motivation. On April 2nd 2022, as part of the community service activity our college H.H.M.M.II Training College organised a food donation (Pothichoru) to Adoor General Hospital. These type of activities are always a part of social responsibility and social concern. Giving food to one is the most sacred thing a person can do as it feeds someone somewhere. By doing such activity, it created a social awareness among oursleves. The whole college collected about 85 pothichoru. It was a good intiative.

Capacity Building Workshop for EDU 01 was conducted on 31 March 2022. Primarily, the whole class was divided into 5 groups consisting of 10 memmers each. Each group opted the name of flowers as their group name. Each group was assigned to choose two leaders from different fields and have to organise activities related to them. The first group Daffodils chose Abraham Lincoln and Malala yusaf Sai. The team presented the biography of two leaders. They put forward a program "Interview with Malala" and depicted her life story. The second group Lilly opted Sindhu Tai Sapkal and Nadiya Murad. As part of their activities, they conducted quiz. They also bring up a short creative video where these two leaders making a conversation. The third group Tulip did their activities based on the leaders K R Gauri Amma and Karl Max. On April 1, 2022 the Commerce association conducted a program in accordance with the World Consumer Rights Day and Financial year 2022-2023. They arranged the program after the assembly and it was about one hour. Reshma gave an introduction about the importance and whereabouts about the financial year and world consumer rights day. The department arranged various programs such as slogan writing competition, marketing and advertising games. Advertising game was really fun. In whole, the program was effectively organised.
